1. Consultation price:
In order to get the most accurate and favorable price in time, please provide the following information to our air transport sales staff when consulting: customs declaration information, number of pieces, weight, volume, name, packaging, destination port, import and export port, flight requirements, delivery time, etc.
2. Handover List Requirements:
Please fill in the shipping document in English correctly and sign it with your seal. The contents of the shipping document include:
Shipper (SHIPPER)
CONSIGNEE (company name, address, telephone/fax, contact person)
* Notifier (NOTIFY PARTY) (if any)
* Destination (DESTINATION) Please complete in English
Number of Parts/Gross Weight/Name of Goods/Volume Size/Mark (Name of Goods need to be noted in Chinese)
* Freight prepaid/pay-on-demand (not all ports can provide pay-on-demand service, please consult the air transport salesman in advance)

3. Required customs declaration information:
1) Commercial invoices (stamped with official seal or company financial seal)
2) Packing list of goods (stamped with official seal indicating number of pieces/gross weight/net weight)
3) Sales contract (stamped with official seal or company contract seal)
4) Verification and cancellation of export receipts (official seal on binding line)
5) Customs declaration power of attorney (with official seal, one of legal persons or agents must sign)
6) Processing and trading enterprises provide customs declaration in the "Recording Manual" without providing additional "sales contract"; if the business unit and the consignor are not the same enterprise, the customs declaration power of attorney and the written-off form shall be stamped with the official seal of the business unit.
4. Delivery requirements:
Delivery please inform our salesman in advance of the goods information, including the quantity, weight, name of delivery company and contact person, delivery location, etc. When handing over the goods with our staff, please confirm the company name and goods information face to face with our local staff.
5. Our company does not carry the following items:

1) Living animals and plants (or animal and plant products) - - require animal and plant quarantine certificates issued by animal and plant quarantine stations;
2) Narcotic Drugs - Narcotic Drug Transport Certificate issued by the Drug Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Health;
3) Audio-visual products - the certificate of transport and transmission of audio-visual products pronounced by the office of the Provincial Council for Social and Cultural Administration;
4) Canned liquid and powdery articles - the product nature certification of the manufacturer is required;
5) Seafood - different places need different seafood packing boxes;
6) Prohibited or restricted articles expressly stipulated by the State.
