4) Animals and plants shall have the quarantine certificate issued by the quarantine organ.
5) Cigarettes and their products can be transported by air only if they require a permit provided by the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau.
6) Audio-visual products can be transported by air only if they have a permit provided by the cultural administration department.
7) Hazardous goods (inflammable, explosive, poisonous, corrosive, radioactive, magnetic, gas, etc.) are prohibited from being transported by air; any act of carrying dangerous goods shall bear criminal responsibility.
8) The packing of goods shall be in accordance with the standards of the packaging industry to ensure that they are not damaged, lost, leaked, damaged or polluted during normal transportation. Special attention should be paid to the protection of inner packaging. Airlines will not be liable for damages if the outer packaging is in good condition and the contents are damaged.
